Guidelines for Writ Petitions to be Filed in Various High Courts
Petitioners are requested to send the required documents i.e Vakalatnama and Power of Attorney, as per the following guidelines:


For Writ Petition to be Filed in Delhi High Court
The blank documents and samples are provided for officers from all states except Haryana, Punjab, and Rajasthan who have not yet submitted their documents.
Print on plain A4 paper, fill in blue ink.
On the Power of Attorney, you're required to sign in two places as shown in the sample. Date of signing can be whatever date you're signing on. Attestation/stamp
paper/notarization etc not required.
As Delhi HC now follows an e-filing procedure, petitioners must print the Vakalatnama and Power of Attorney as per the provided sample, sign them, and send a clear scanned PDF via WhatsApp to 8287109470.
No need to post physical copies to the office address anymore.

The documents and samples are provided for officers from Rajasthan who have not yet submitted their documents.
Print on plain A4 paper, fill in blue ink.
On the Power of Attorney, you're required to sign in two places as shown in the sample. Date of signing can be whatever date you're signing on. Attestation/stamp
paper/notarization etc not required.

The documents and samples are for officers from Punjab, Haryana, and Chandigarh who have not yet submitted their documents.
Print on plain A4 paper, fill in blue ink.
On the Power of Attorney, you're required to sign in two places as shown in the sample. Date of signing can be whatever date you're signing on. Attestation/stamp
paper/notarization etc not required.
P&H HC does not follow e-filing, so petitioners must print the Vakalatnama and Power of Attorney on plain A4 paper, fill them in blue ink, and post them to the office address:
